How we review our content

Every remedy on Holi is written against cited research and checked against its sources before it’s published. Content reviewed by a practitioner or researcher trained in natural and integrative medicine carries a “Reviewed by” label that links to their profile.

What a review covers

What a review doesn’t mean

A review is a check of our content, not personal medical advice — always talk to your own healthcare provider before starting a supplement. Reviewers don’t choose the products we link to, and a review isn’t an endorsement of any brand. Holi earns a commission on some purchases; that never affects how remedies are graded or reviewed.

Independence and dates

Reviewers can require changes to anything they review, and a page isn’t labeled as reviewed until they sign off. Each review is dated on the page. When the research or our content changes significantly, the page goes back for review. Any compensation or conflicts of interest are disclosed on each reviewer’s profile.
